Many people try to manage their anxiety by addressing what’s visible—like the tip of an iceberg. But the real transformation happens below the surface. In this foundational step, we uncover deep layers and we do it fast compared to traditional method for you to get releif quick!
Overthinking or even ADD or an active mind may actually be a trauma response. And Yes after first session you will feel relief.
An overthinking mind + anxiety is like a feedback loop feeding each other. We want to immediatly break that loop. The main start is in the subconscious mind—where old memories, limiting beliefs, and emotional imprints is the true culprit or foundation of what created it all. You will go into a focused yet calm state (called hypnosis) and we will uncover the root causes of anxiety, clear mental and emotional clutter, and begin the release of old thought pattern that don’t support you.
Step 2 : Planting new seeds to grow [1 session per 1-2 wks]

Will This work for me?
Yes! but with some conditions nessesary. This will work for you if you have 1) tried everything else, 2) have an open mind 3) know that you are not under someone elses control.
If you have gotten lost in a movie or even missed your exit while driving – these are examples of hypnosis or trance-like states. Hypnosis is a natural state you have already been in but likely unaware you were.

How Many Session Will I Need or How Long Will it Take?
For Anxiety, Social or Gernalized I usually work over a course of 5 to 10 sessions. This is spread out. On average the first few sessions are weekly then we spread out to every 2 weeks and then monthly. This assures you gain your own skills and ability to apply the new techniques.
However, some people do want immediate results and can also increase the frequency to get faster results (i.e. 2-3 times a week will speed up results). Think of it like working out. If you want fast results you go to the gym more to build up the muscle.
It should also be noted that each situation is unique. However, the types of cases I typically take on often involve issues related to emotional instability, mood changes, long standing anxiety, depression that medications are not helping, and relationship conflicts. These issues are often ‘deep-seated’ and stem from long-standing subconscious patterns related to past or even childhood traumas. On average, most of my clients commit to 10 sessions. However, if someone comes to me for a more specific issue—such as a phobia, fear, or specific habit (like drinking or smoking)—these types of issues generally require about 3-5 sessions to see significant improvement and resolution.
But What If I Can't Relax or Even Meditate?
If you find it difficult to relax, meditate, or quiet your mind, that’s completely fine. When I ask people if they’ve ever meditated, most say they’ve ‘tried’ but felt unsuccessful. I believe the purpose of meditation is to become aware of how ‘loud’ or intrusive the mind can be. Hypnosis with a guide is different from trying to enter a meditative or trance state on your own. As your guide, I ensure that you understand how hypnosis works, and my voice and guidance can serve as a helpful distraction to your thinking mind.
I am trained to bypass the cognitive mind, using specific word patterns and language that connect more directly with the subconscious mind. I’ve been able to guide the majority of my clients into some form of trance, from light to deep, depending on our rapport and the time we’ve spent working together. So, if you struggle with meditation or quieting your mind, it doesn’t mean you can’t experience trance or benefit from hypnosis.
Is This Covered By My Insurance?
Due to the nature or the service being focused on hypnotherapy and the required time of the session is 2 hours – insurance does not cover such services. If you are able to find someone that does, they are likely charging or billing as psychotherapy (60 minutes) only. Hypnotherapy takes a bit more time due to the nature of how it works. 1hr is not enough to get one into a trance state. HSA or Health Savings Accounts due typically cover the service howvere you may need to be remembersed directed from the HSA. Dr. Ann Marie only accepts cash or credit card payments.
How Much Does the Session Cost?
I should first confirm that the price is a flat rate for the whole duration of the session. The first session is just over 2 hrs long and any future session last 1hr & 45mins long.
The single session would cost 350$.
Packages are available at a discounted rate:
5 Session = 1,575$ [equivalent to 315$ per session]
10 Sessions = 2,975$ [equivalent to 297$ per session]
If you choose to do a package you can make that decision on your 2nd session – i always say try the first one out at full price to assure this is for you before making the investment. I want you to feel most comftrable and confident with your decision.
