The 90% below the surface is your subconscious. That’s where your emotional memories live, your survival patterns. The beliefs that were formed before you had words for them. The nervous system responses that fire before you can think.
Hypnotherapy is how you access that 90%.

What a Session Looks Like
Before Your Session
We start with a phone consultation, free no-pressure, so I can understand what you are dealing with and you can ask anything you need to. If we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule your first session. You don’t need any prior experience with hypnosis.

During Your Session
You’re awake, aware, and in control the entire time. I guide you into a deep relaxed and focused state – similar to the feeling right before you fall asleep – where your subconscious becomes accessible. From there, we work together to uncover and resolve what’s been driving the pattern. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. You’re never “under” – you’re going inward.

After Your Session
Most people feel a noticeable shift after the first session – a sense of lightness, clarity, or emotional relief. Some changes are immediate, others unfold over the days that follow. We’ll check in and adjust as needed.
