You can’t control what you don’t understand.
Understand your body to understand your mind.
Because your symptoms, emotions, and feelings are not random. They are signals ready to be explored
An Alternative to Therapy In Fort Lauderdale, FL or Virtually World-Wide
Are You Ready To Listen In a New Way?
Have you tried to think your way through the thing that brought you here, and still feel stuck?
If you’ve done talk therapy, medications, or other modalities that left you feeling unsure about what will change – I totally get it.
I’ve been there and what I have come to realize is foundational: you cannot control what you don’t understand.
And when the body reacts (feels anxious, overwhlemed, shuts down, or wants to escape) the mind is left scrapping for answers it just can’t hear.
So, what if I told you there is a way for them to communicate — or better yet, for your mind to listen to the body and what it needs to change?
Wouldn’t you want to understand the very thing you are driving – the body. So that you can have more control in the way it behaves, feels and even the direction it moves – no longer looping though a pattern your tired of repeating.
Because there is a language the body speaks, one that society never taught you nor me, that I too had to learn.

Why I Left Medicine To Be Here.
I didn’t come to this work from a textbook. I came from survival.
After being in foster care and dropping out of high school, I thought becoming a doctor would reveal the answers to human suffering. But after graduating from medical school, I saw symptoms being managed without anyone ever asking why — or where the source was.
So I left.
And I found something that worked — first on myself, then on the people I’ve helped. Not because it’s mysterious or strange, but because it goes somewhere most clinicians were not trained to look.
That’s what I do. That’s why it’s different.
Some call it an alternative to therapy. I call it trusting your own inner wisdom and you just needed a guide to point out where to look.
Know that your mind works exactly like the device you’re reading this on
The screen is what you interact with — what you see, what feels loudest, comparable to your own thoughts or inner monologue. That thinking mind analyzes everything, even the decision to reach out, or whether any of this will work.
But the screen — your thinking, conscious mind — is not in control. You would not be reading this if it were.
Beneath the screen, every phone and computer has a hard drive. The part you can’t see, holding the memory and programming that makes everything run. This is your body, your subconscious — where your patterns were created, often before you had a choice. That programming runs in the background, shaping how you feel, how you react, and how you move through the world in ways your conscious mind can’t make full sense of.
You can stare at the screen all day. But if the program underneath is running an old pattern — anxiety, shutdown, disconnection, control — the screen can’t fix it on its own.
We find the programs. We identify the parts and create a language to understand them — so that we can rewrite what no longer serves you.
Not by thinking harder. By going deeper.
So what does that look like in a session? Here’s how we work together.”
Most approaches to trauma (big or little) start with the story and needing to talk about it. I start somewhere else. You may have already guessed – The body. Because it keeps a record that words don’t always reach. So I work at that level — beneath the narrative, and beneath the version of yourself you’ve learned to present to the world to feel safe.
I listen to what your body is saying, yes through your actual words, but I listen beyond them in a way most cannot grasp. Not because I’m extraordinary. But because I’ve been trained to hear the signals through my own inner work.
Before
We start with a consultation — no pressure, no agenda. Just a chance for me to understand what you’re carrying and for you to ask anything you need to. We’ll know quickly if we’re a good fit. If we are, we’ll schedule your first session from there.

During
A good doctor doesn’t use just one tool. Neither do I. Depending on what your body and mind need that day, we might work through somatic awareness, reflective listening, parts work, or hypnotherapy — or all of this. You’re awake, aware, and in control the entire time. We follow what’s happening in the room.

After
Most people notice a shift after the first meeting. Sometimes it’s immediate — clarity, lightness, a sense of direction. Sometimes it unfolds quietly over the days that follow. Either way we check in, adjust, and keep moving. There is no one size fits all here.
